Looking for Work in iGaming	Permalink

I’m currently working in customer support for a betting company, but I’d like to move into something closer to CRM or retention. I’ve got some relevant experience already, just not under the exact job title I’m looking for now. Most searches I’ve tried either give me entry-level stuff or completely unrelated positions. Has anyone here managed to find a role like this without starting over? __________________

I had a pretty similar problem last year. My previous title didn’t really show what I was actually doing, so searching by job title wasn’t getting me very far. I started checking SpinHire and found a few positions that were more about the actual skills than the title on my CV. While looking through the industry and following some of the iGaming conferences 2026 listings and related companies, I also got a better idea of which employers were hiring for CRM roles. Eventually I applied for one position, had an HR call and then a proper interview with the team. They offered me the job, and I moved without having to go back to a junior position.
